A&M has seen considerable growth within the market over previous months, and as a result is looking to expand its operations within Leicester.
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to be responsible for the effective management of a busy branch.
Duties include:
- Interviewing, selection and recruitment of administration staff
- Ensure Operations Managers report and records are maintained by liaising with the Operations Manager for updates
- Ensure all installations are booked with customers and technicians daily planning sheets are produced
- Carry out regular office inspections to ensure compliance with H&S
- Ensure that sales from internal/external GDA’s fully meet ECO compliance requirements
- Receive technicians weekly production figures and ensure payroll is accurately completed and submitted to Head Office for payment
- Ensure Administration Staff’s day to day responsibilities are completed by agreed deadlines
