We are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for join their team in the Midlands.
This is an excellent opportunity for a business development professional with a strong grasp of the new build housing market to progress their career.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with selling our commercial contracting and new build insulation products and services to customers throughout the Midlands.
You will seek to create new business opportunities for branches located in West Bromwich and Leicester, proactively contacting customers, selling via the telephone and undertaking face-to-face meetings. It is envisaged that you will spend around 75% of your time in the office and the remaining 25% in the field.
The other aspects of your role will include pricing tenders from architectural drawings, site plans and working as part of the Midlands Management Team regarding plans and opportunities.
Additionally, you will assist the National Management Team to drive forwards business strategy for business development within the group.
To be considered, you must have:
– At least one year’s business development experience
– Knowledge of the new build housing market
– A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Articulate and driven, as a Business Development Manager, you must possess strong communication skills, an exceptional customer focus and the motivation and enthusiasm to succeed.
